Returns Policy

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:-

Be unused & unopened in the same condition that you received it.
All items must be in the original packaging, unless faulty.
You must notify us within 14 days of purchase & the item returned within the following 14 days. (Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013)
Faulty, unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described.

Exemptions due to hygiene reasons include:-

Opened e-liquids
Opened Disposables
Drip tips (mouthpieces)
Tanks / Atomisers / Pods which have been filled with liquid, used or removed from their sealed packaging.
Vape Kits which have been filled with liquid or used
Opened coils or pods.

How do i cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel an order prior to shipping please notify us via the contact form or telephone on 01908 590543 before 2pm. If you notify us after 4pm we may not be able to cancel the order.

If the order has been dispatched you still have 14 days to cancel for a full refund. Please follow the returns procedure for your items to be returned and a refund to be issued.

Can i return a faulty item?

You certainly can, In line with the Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to receive a full refund or exchange for products which are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, within a 30- day period of receiving the item. After 30 days, you are not legally entitled to a refund. If your item is faulty , we will refund the cost of your shipping up to the cost of ‘Royal Mail Tracked 24′.

WHEN DO I GET REFUNDED ?

Once your item is received, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

(You will receive the credit within 3-5 workings days depending on your card issuer’s policies.)

What is the return address ?

We recommend that all returns are sent back to us via your local Post Office’s ‘Royal Mail Tracked 24’ tracked service, and if the item is over the value of £50 to use an insured service. We cannot be held liable for any returns that have been lost in transit.
