Delivery Information

We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday! All UK orders over £30 are sent for free using Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature, which is a next day delivery service with a tracking number.

  • 3-5 working days* (During this time deliveries are taking slightly longer than the usual 2 – 3 business day delivery time).
  • This isn’t a tracked service. Information will only be available online at the point an attempt is made or successfully deliver your item.
  • Same day dispatch Monday to Friday orders placed before 2.00pm. (Excluding Bank holidays)
  • Deliveries are made weekdays and on Saturday

*Please note during the COVID-19 situation we have been advised by Royal Mail that some First class deliveries are taking up to 10 working days.

All orders are sent in discreet packaging.

Orders placed after 2pm on weekdays and at weekends, will be processed the business next day (excluding Bank Holidays). We do not ship Royal Mail orders on Sundays or Bank Holidays

Orders to Northern Ireland, parts of the Scottish Highlands and most Channel Islands will be sent by Royal Mail.

The order notes facility is to let us know of anything specific to do with your order. Notes made concerning delivery requests can’t be relayed and won’t be seen by the delivery drivers.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the specified timeframe shown for the delivery method chosen then please contact us within 10 days of the date we dispatched your order, so we can investigate with the relevant handler. Unfortunately we are unable to investigate or replace any missing deliveries reported to us after 10 working days.
